1. Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any items. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
- Not a sale or clearance item (unless defective).
Non-returnable items:
- Perishable goods, including pet food and treats.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as non-returnable at checkout.
2. How to Return Your Item
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at service@cheerfulpolly.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return authorization number (RA#). Please note, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective items).
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a mistake with your order.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item as outlined above, and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives defective or damaged, please notify us immediately at service@cheerfulpolly.com. We will provide you with a return label and either send a replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference.
6. Late Returns
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
